OM eist in hoger beroep tot één jaar cel tegen medeverdachten in zaak van de 'politiemol'

Twaalf en acht maanden gevangenisstraf. Dat is de eis van de advocaat-generaal, tegen twee medeverdachten (41 en 35 jaar) in de zogenaamde ‘politiemol’-zaak. Beide mannen worden verdacht van het medeplegen van schending van het ambtsgeheim en omkoping. Daarnaast wordt één van de verdachten, de 41-jarige man, verdacht van deelname aan een criminele organisatie.

Grapperhaus heeft eerder gestelde kamervragen, over de betrouwbaarheid en volledigheid van zelfonderzoek door eigen advocaten van bedrijven, beantwoord.
